Fabulous hotel & I was pleasantly surprised on all counts. Great location for what we needed, stayed 3 nights while searching for a flat for my daughter who is relocating. From the super helpful ladies on the hotel reception to the top floor restaurant and bar for breakfast and dinner, again fantastic service & very friendly staff. Our room was lovely, very clean, all amenities you need, great size & view overlooking the airport. Perfect stay! Highly recommended… We’ll definitely be back when visiting the area again. Thanks

Lovely hotel, very helpful staff. We booked a disabled room for my husband and it had a wet room, which was lethal!. Once wet there was no way of getting the water off the floor and no- one could use the bathroom until housekeeping had been in to sort it. We used the towels available but it wasn’t enough. The toilet smelt when we arrived and I wonder if the disabled rooms are used less often than other rooms. We reported the toilet and it was dealt with swiftly but still smelt . The hotel was perfect for parking close to the airport but very expensive.
