Nice hotel reasonably close to a metro station. Very comfortable room and helpful staff. My only criticism . . . I thought the price of breakfast at 12 euros was a little on the steep side particulary as the waffle-maker, a major feature (!), was never working.

Hotel itself is good with comfy beds. However, they had the wrong check out date for me and spent a long time telling me i was wrong (even after i showed them my booking confirmation). Finally checked their expedia info (which matched my check out date) and announced their own system must have a bug, so it was decided i could stay for the amount of time i had booked. No apology for the error (which was quite stressful at the time!)

The hotel was excellent value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, the room small but perfectly adequate and the buffet quite sufficient. One feature I particularly like is the blue light that is automatically on in the bathroom at night, which is very helpful if one doesn’t need to switch on the main light.

Tidy and compact
The room was tidy and compact, (we had two twin beds and a little space to walk around then) but since we didn’t spend much time in the room it was fine. Mattresses and duvets were fine, but pillows were very lumpy.

Good value but shame about the road noise.
Overall Ibis is a good quality functional hotel. Unfortunately the room location has a big impact on the noise level in the room. My room faced onto a busy road with high levels of traffic throughout the night. In fairness I asked for a room change which they were were happy to facilitate for the remaking nights.

Clean and convenient hotel with good transport links within Munich. The hotel is on a busy street but the staff are really helpful and offered to move us to a twin room on the quieter side. The room was clean and had good amenities, although lacking a bit of character (which is unsurprising as it is an Ibis!) would definitely recommend.
