We stay at this hotel every time we travel to Tulsa, Oklahoma, usually 2 or 3 times a year. It is always clean and well maintained. There is also a good variety of choices for breakfast. The staff strives to meet our every need, and one long time employee, Toni, always greets all entering with a very friendly welcome, and how can I help you and make your stay better? Toni has become a good friend, and always makes a point to find us and personally welcome us if someone else has checked us in. On two or three occasions she has gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and she does so in a very gracious way. Toni always strives to make our time in at the hotel and in Tulsa the best it can be. Toni keeps us coming back!

Although the facilities are well maintained, my stay at this La Quinta was unfortunately overshadowed by my interactions with a night-shift employee. The employee was consistently impolite and rude, and on multiple occasions appeared to smell strongly of marijuana while working. I travel extensively for work and have been doing so for more than 10 years. In all that time, this is the first hotel where I felt as though I was being treated like I was asking for a favor rather than paying for a service. The condition of the hotel itself was good, but the level of customer service I experienced during the night shift significantly affected my overall stay.
