Very comfortable trip
Used as a base while delivering Christmas gifts to friends and family members. The gardens looked lovely and we will probably choose to stay again when we come back to Norfolk in 2020.

5 star quality
Fantastic throughout. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice cooked to order. Clean, tidy, pretty and excellent service. After we had checked out our buggy wheel had a malfunction and deflated. Without question the owner came and took us to his workshop to blow it back up. Being far from home, it would have stopped us from enjoying a day at the seaside before going home but for his kindness we were able to go. This hotel went beyond our expectations.

Nice hotel in the country for overnight stay.
It was a nice hotel, although at times one felt that they could have done a little more than the basics required, in order to make one's stay that much more appealing - in a room for a couple, only 1 packet of biscuits with the tea and coffee provided in one's room; no easy chair in the bedroom room, just two rather upright chairs; if one chose to have a shower in the evening before one went out, there was insufficient soap to shower the following morning. However, for us, a redeeming factor was the breakfast - very good and quite a large selection from which to choose.

The Old Rectory
Good value for money. Although the building and some of the fittings seemed a bit jaded, the room was comfortably heated. The bed was good and we slept well. The Staff were friendly and efficient. The highlight for us was the food. Good range of interesting meals cooked well.
