Great location
Was a great hotel with wonderful service. Was impressed by the workout gear in the rooms and the gym. Nice addition to the stay was the refreshing water in the lobby. Needed our luggage stored after check out before flying and was charged per the number of luggage items, which was the first time this has occurred at a hotel. Great location!

Wasn't happy with the room given and when asked to change rooms the clerk was very unpleasant. I don't even believe she bothered to check is other rooms where available by the look on her face.

Ghosted by housekeeping
Disappointing. Housekeeping was pretty much non existent. Never replaced towels. We had to call for fresh towels each night. Finally gave up. No housekeeping one day. I’ve stayed here a few times before and had a positive experience. Disappointed with this experience.
