Seppur tutto eccellente ho avuto un piccolo inconveniente per il pagamento del soggiorno di un piccolo cane a seguito , in quanto mi è stato richiesta una somma non riportata sul sito Expedia in fase di prenotazione. Sul sito infatti era specificato solo animali domestici ammessi e , come mi è stato precisato alla reception , bisognava vedere il regolamento dell'hotel che in , comunque non specifica somme ma solo l'eventuale pagamento di un supplemento . Il tutto si è risolto per il buon comportamento della Sig,ina Claudia responsabile della reception. Suggerisco comunque maggior chiarezza sul sito al fine di evitare spiacevoli discussioni.

Alles gut. Preis/Leistung passt. Frühstück perfekt. Habe da nur kleine Kritikpunkte: trotz Aushalten der Klimaanlage/Heizung war immer noch ein leises Surren zu hören, da das Gebläse weiterlief, Zimmer zu warm (schade so Energie zu verschwenden).

Tout est très bien, chambres superbes et très confortables, mais juste le bémol est que par la ventilation on sens parfois des odeurs de tabac ... et pour des non fumeurs c’est pas vraiment agréable ... dommage ! Petit déjeuner parfait avec une vue imprenable

La chambre est était trop fade ,la porte de la douche laisse passer l eau et manque de crochets pour mettre nos serviettes dans la salle de bain et le sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas ...
