Novotel Phuket Vintage Park

Good location, friendly staff, very clean, excellent facility

Good pool, not new hotel but ok. Not too crowded and great central location but not noisy.

Overall very satisfied with our stay at the Novotel Phuket Vintage Park Resort. The best part about our stay was the service. Every employee was always extremely helpful and happy. We felt very looked after and had no troubles. We loved the breakfast buffet as well. Lots of options. The pool and pool bar is fun and lively and clean. The room was always made up very well. This hotel is very kid/family friendly. Would recommend this resort if you are traveling with children. Not the best for couples, too many kids. Still enjoyed our time there.

Great pool plenty of shade and kids area. We had one lunch at the restaurant and thought it was very poor quality. The bar is indoor and generally unoccupied. The property is centrally located at Patong but most people need tuc tuc or taxis to get about. Be warned transportation is very expensive. Taxi to airport costs about one third of the cost of an airline ticket to Bangkok.

Good resort like features. Staff are good and special mention to Jane to who takes care of guests and make them feel special.

The Novotel Vintage Park is rated 4 star and yes the resort is 4 star however the rooms are approx 3 star with ageing poor quality towels that are thin and freying on the ends and have that grey aged colouring look. The sheets are thin and poor quality, as to are the pillows. The walls are paper thin and we were kept awake on the first night after the guests next door arrived home at 1;30am and then had there television on all night and continued talking. After complaining we were advised that the guest would be warned, however the following night they arrived home again at 1:30am and woke us again. At least this time they were stopped after about half hour. This hotel is very family orientated with music blasting out of speakers over the pool area all day and kids running and shrieking as they play so don’t think you are going to lay by the pool and relax! - This may suit some people? It’s was not all negative - the resort itself is very nice and well presented. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and it is in a convenient location.

Walking distance to beach and Bangla road had a nice pool at check in English was very bad had to ring desk every day for clean towels

Friendly and kind staff, good food, nice clean rooms, a very good swimming pool and the proximity to the beach. I would like to mention the names of the staff at reception who were really helpful and caring. " Au, Nida, Julia and Dela" get gold stars from me for their support
