The hotel is in a great location. Across from the station. My room had a very distant view of Mt. Fuji. Bed was old and could use an upgrade. Breakfast had a good variety and the staff were helpful

We happened to check in the day of the town's annual parade so the location right at the train station was perfect. Good breakfast in lobby. Family Mart and 7-11 a block away -- these are not the convenience stores of America -- these have good quality snacks. Enough for a quick meal.

The hotel was a bit run down as it is older. Location was excellent and it was clean. The buffet breakfast was good but no other dining options. Close to the station and department store so food was available there. The beds were quite comfortable. We would stay there again.

利用しませんでしたが、プールなどもあり施設が充実していました。おそらく老舗のホテルであると思われるため、少し建物に古さを感じましたが、宿泊に支障は全くありませんでした。連泊の場合に清掃なしを選択すると、500円のクーポンをもらえました。お土産の足しにできて良かったです。

アクトシティ浜松を利用した際に、こちらのホテルに宿泊しました。 アクトシティまでは徒歩で5分程度とかなり近かったです。 ホテル自体は昔ながらの1階にカフェや待合スペースがあるような施設で、浜松駅からも近いので便利なところです。 ただ、夜は暴走族や緊急車両の往来が激しく、静かとは言えない場所でした。 落ち着いた雰囲気でビジネス利用としては最適かな。 もう少し静かな環境なら良かったです。 日が悪かっただけかもしれません。

スタッフの方の対応は良いが1988年開業ということもあり施設の古さが否めない。 湯船に張ったお湯を流したところユニットバスのトイレ側に逆流してしまい水浸しになってしまった。 フロントの方が隣の部屋の風呂を利用させてくれ臨機応変に対応してくれて解消はしたが、快適に過ごせたわけではない。

立地はとても良い。駅に近いし地下道でもつながっているようだし。 でも、夜中に隣室か上の部屋で大人数が宴会（？）をやり始めて目が覚めた。当分の間、相当うるさかった。色々なホテルに泊まるがこういうのは初めて。壁が薄いのか、大部屋に隣接した部屋だったのか。泊まる時にフロントに確認したほうが良いかもしれない。
