The room was very dirty We asked for a queen size bed and we got two separate beds

I tend not to write negative reviews but discuss it with the management or owner in person, this time I have to change my habits. I found this propert poorley manintaind and managed. First the property is a mix of buildings not physically connected with construction all around. The Apartments as well as the common areas are very dated; what labeld as a Family Villa are two tiny rooms, one is just a nook without a window and a 1 bath with the smallest shower. The overall customer service was poor; the staff was not welcoming and not helpfu, moreover in some cases literally rude. It was unprecedent to any experience I had. From the front desk of the Spa (note that a swimming cap is mandatory to get in, even for bold people) through the restaurants and the bar. The general feeling is “Don’t bother us in Anyo’s Park hotel”. The hotel has a great potential and I hope it will be taken seriously.

Nice apartment hotel; good location. Main hotel facilities extensive. Apartment slightly dated and old fashioned, but comfortable and good value.

Great location and a view pictures can't do justice for. Amazing country and city. A Ski town, but was good off season visit.

We have enjoyed it so much. Perfect short break. The only one thing that falls out was €1 for the spa lockers. Why? If you need that €, increase the price for the room. Now guards to ask everyone to change and everyone finds the ways to avoid the lockers. Fun, which is becoming simply stupid.

Beautiful resort. Our balcony faced the mountain so a wonderful view. Great pool. But on Saturday night, there was a dance party on the pool deck that went on until midnight, so very loud.

This hotel was great! I never wanted to leave. Great rooms, beautiful view, staff was friendly and helpful, the food was good, and the facilities were exceptional.

Very nice place, good restaurant, very nice room, amazing pools. Good breakfast. Heating radioators in the room a bit noisy during the night.

Amazing. This place is king! Simply gorgeous setting, an actually comfortable bed, amazing facilites and the restaurant had an enormous kids play room where our child could play while we dined and relaxed. The indoor pool/spa/sauna were just a cherry on top of this cake. Love, Love Love it!

Très bel hôtel très propre avec une vue splendide, l’appartement que nous avons occupés été un duplex, les chambres sont un peu petites mais tout le reste est génial. La cuisine est fonctionnelle l’essentiel est là casserole verre assiette passoire grille pain etc, il fait agréablement chaud dans l’appartement. La piscine intérieur est agréable et chaude. Le personnel est très serviable. Seul bémol beaucoup beaucoup d’ascenseur à prendre pour accéder aux chambres et à la piscine. Aussi, le casier à 1euro à la piscine je trouve ça stupide de plus que si malencontreusement vous avez oublié quelque chose plus de possibilité de l’ouvrir sans vous faire avaler votre pièce..
