Wonderful service in my time of need
I booked online at 10pm due to an unforseen change of plan. I should've called but didn't read the bit about calling ahead if check-in time is after 7pm and was just eager to get there and settle in. When I arrived I was told hotels.com had stuffed up and there weren't any rooms available. Luckily a guest had checked out during the evening and they COULD offer me a room, albeit without it being cleaned - just fresh sheets and towels. As this was easier than trying to find somewhere else at 11pm, I agreed. Besides, I was unable to cancel the booking on hotels.com. I was so grateful for the night manager and owner helping me out. The bed was comfortable, the water hot, the fridge cold, the unit spacious enough for me. The Wi-Fi was very poor, the neighbours a bit noisy, and the TV was just free-to-air channels. I didn't drive anywhere as it's walking distance to everything I needed - Bowls Club, cafe's, restaurants, shopping centre->where I received a great massage and reflexology treatment at Qing Fu TCM. Great little place for my 3 night stay, however the room never did get cleaned... :-D

Dirty and uncomfortable Need a holiday after staying there Rude staff telling us they would only service our motel room which only had 2 towels once during our four night stay. We had to call them after the third night to say we hadn’t had a service and no clean towels. Only good thing is it’s a great location for the Bowls Club
