We love this place and hope to return! The kind proprietor met us at the train station and helped us with our luggage. The room is about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station; the train ride to and from Rome takes about an hour. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with interesting contemporary art throughout. The view from our window, and from the complex's terrace, has a spectacular view of a fort designed by Michelangelo. The nearby restaurant, run by the same family that runs the guest house, has some of the best food we ate in Italy - and at a fraction of the prices that we paid in Rome! The staff was very kind and friendly. My husband and I agree that this is the best lodging we had on our trip to Italy.

NO IDEA SINCE THIS PROPERTY EVEN THOUGH LISTED AS AVAILABLE, IT WAS NOT! THE GUESTS TURNED UP AND IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THEY CONTACED HOTEL.COM AND THE AGENT PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON HIM. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
