Great hotel just a few steps from the Co-op Live arena and various bars and restaurants, and very close to car park K. Very new and clean inside, staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was small but perfect for a one night stay, comfortable bed and very quiet. Would definitely stay here again, was so great to walk out the arena and be in bed 5 mins later!

Beautiful hotel, exceptionally clean, lovely breakfast but,I think the best thing are the staff, they are a credit to this hotel. Next door to the co op live and tram station. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here in the future,a no brainer!!

I was in Manchester for a football match at Etihad Stadium. This hotel could not have been more convenient. The staff were friendly, the room was small but clean and the price was right. I didn’t love the breakfast buffet, but it was fine.

Lovely brand new hotel. Little bit tricky to find the entrance but once all the external building work is complete - won't be any problems. The room was lovely, massive bathroom and that bed was so comfortable! The staff in reception were very friendly and nice and were very accommodating with a late check out for us. Cracking location for the CO-OP Arena, the Etihad and the Joie Stadium - all within a few minutes walk.

Great located hotel for co-op live, lovely decorated rooms, nice hotel restaurant, helpful friendly staff. Car park is a bit of a walk to be aware if you have mobility issues, local area still currently under development so building working still ongoing. None of these things an issue for us and very much enjoyed the convenience of the hotel location after a concert.

A new hotel with 401 floors over 8 floors. Very modern. Stayed in a premium room which was nicely decorated with a complimentary mini bar a nice touch. Mini bar had crisps Jaffa cakes water coke and orange in it. The room had everything you needed if I had any criticism it would be it was a little on the small size. Breakfast was ok only one coffee machine which needs addressing but it’s only been open a few weeks so there’s bound to be teething problems. Choice of different types of rooms depending on what you are prepared to pay some rooms have pitch side views.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negatives were the restaurant closed early and parking was inconvenient. I believe the restaurant will have later hours as the hotel builds their location. The parking would have been better if I wasn’t arriving on a game night. We had to park across the lot and walk through the mud with our bags.

Staff were all so lovely and willing to help! (Particularly the bar staff on Saturday night.) the hotel was clean and the room was kitted out with all the usual stuff + a coffee machine and flat screen TV on the wall. Really impressed! The only suggestion I would have is that the is literally no signage anywhere for the hotel so it was tricky to find (we had help from a lady who I assume was working on behalf of MCFC) - otherwise, such a lovely stay and looking forward to returning again.

Completely new hotel and you can tell. Very fresh and clean rooms, lovely staff and perfect location for the etihad stadium, CO-OP arena and right at the MetroLink only 4 stops from Piccadilly. The only bad thing is the breakfast. Not a lot to choose from, very messy and not the standard I would say Radisson Blue has. I was disappointed about that, but that’s the only thing.

The hotel was excellent with good facilities. It is a new hotel and is quite hard to access as there are still a lot of building works and roadworks but this will improve. The staff were very helpful and the room was very good with a lovely bed, a good TV and good provision for hot drinks, however the temperature of the shower fluctuated quite a lot. I think the restaurant and bar were rather overwhelmed by the large amount of people all attending the Barack Obama event at the Co-Op Live arena and we waited a long time to be served but this was because of the unusual circumstances where everyone came out of the event at the same time. Maybe this could have been anticipated. I very much enjoyed my stay at the hotel and may well return in the future.
