This is a well staffed and professionally operated property. Buffet breakfast with many options. Restaurant serves lunch and dinner. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Service and Wait staff also excellent. My only complaint is that building is old and in need of some maintenance and upgrades. But having said that, I would happily return to this property.

Pior check in da minha vida. Luiz colaborador, conseguiu destruir minha experiência. Tudo foi difícil, mesmo reserva tento sido efetuada a um ano, e pré check in feito a 60 dias. Apto 608 qual foi me encaminhado, extremamente ruidoso, internet instável, micro ondas não funcionou, sofá cama não estava montado, ou com itens para o fazer. Ao solicitar mudança de apto, tratou com total indiferença, após 1 hora desci no saguão e finalizamos a experiência. Não havia olhado e tratou com indiferença a solicitação, erguendo até tom de voz em público. Optei por sair para meus compromissos, aí retornar sofá cama ainda não havia sido montado e micro ondas não havia sido trocado. Enfim... Aí para surpresa, evento qual participei na cidade finalizava próximo ao meio dia, tive dificuldades para achar transporte, chego hotel, agilizo máximo e telefone toca, questionando minha permanência nas dependências as 12:14, sendo que check out era 12:00... Detalhe, havia conversado início da manhã com atendente, que pediu gentilmente para evitar, mas se necessário até às 13h seria tolerado. Desço todo desorganizado com família, terminamos de nós arrumar na recepção, aguardo veículo de app e identifico pelo menos mais 5 casais descendo após horário? Será que todos foram questionados? Confrontados sobre sua permanência ou foi algo direcionado pelo amigo Luiz, visto que estava em horário de trabalho novamente? Não volto, não indico.
