    Perfect in every way.

    An amazing experience from the minute you step in. The entrance is stunning, the staff are so so helpful, nothing too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautiful, our 9th floor room had a balcony with one of the best views of London and the river. Then there is There rooftop bar and restaurant. Fabulous food, with a view! And breakfast served there in the morning. Breakfast was also amazing. Perfect location. And we were lucky with great weather too.

    Best stay in London

    Close to everything, amazing views of London and very attentive from start to finish and will definitely be returning very soon! If we had to really pick any problems which is so hard to do so as it was perfect we would advice for the air con to be slightly more powerful

    Better days

    Lovely hotel and I will return but I was very disappointed that the atrium wasn’t open as this is Usually a defining point in a visit here. Checkout was slow and clunky but still professional. Good room service just a bit disappointing overall because the check in experience is usually world class.

    I have stayed at the hotel around 5-6 times for business and it has recently been my business hotel of choice for my engagements in London. I am usually happy with the standards at the hotel but this time it fell extremely short. Firstly, the room was tatty and unclean. As you can see from the images attached, there was a faulty and dirty sofa. The curtains were also dirty, there were marks on the walls, and the telephone in the bathroom had fallen off the wall. In addition to this, my key card stopped functioning on 3 separate occasions. As a result I had to go to reception to each time, which was very inconvenient. An engineer eventually had to come and inspect the door late at night (they took an hour to come) as there was a technical issue. Thirdly, I ordered breakfast to the room, and requested a bacon sandwich, which took 45 minutes to arrive. This arrived as 2 small pieces of bacon and a basket of cold, hard toast, to make my own sandwich. Which was extremely disappointing, they also forgot the ketchup which I specifically asked for. By the time the ketchup arrived, the whole breakfast was cold. Lastly, there was a loud vibrating sound from inside the bathroom from 4am-6am which kept me awake. I do not think that this is acceptable considering the price paid and it has made me rethink staying at the ME again.

    Disappointing stay for the price

    There was a weird whistling noise throughout the room every 10 minutes sounds like a ghost is in the room. The media hub kept breaking on its own and we spent so long trying to fix it they sent an engineer up 5 times. There was no bin in the room and when we asked for on it took 40 minutes to come and when it came there was no bin bag in it. We called for breakfast and they forgot about it and we had to call back in the morning

    Paying for the name not the service

    Broken shower, also Not cleaned, the nozzle had lime scale build up and resulted in half the nozzles working in the shower. Had pre emailed for a late checkout, was not registered, a late checkout means 1pm? Had to push for a later one. Had breakfast upstairs in the morning, food took over an hour to come, was warm, had clearly been left on counter and not good quality. Had to Order drinks 3 times as the waitress kept forgetting. I appreciate that this was the first day back to service, but that is a very long time to wait for food, it is also dont beleive it’s customary for drink order to be forgotten 3 times.
