The room is well furnished, clean and modern. However, we didn't realize that the whole process was done virtually. We ended up in a basement room with our windows opened to the streets that we can see people's feet as they walked past. It's not a place for seniors or people with large or many luggage. The nearest parking is 5 min walk away and if you get a basement room like us, it's a challenge finding the elevator to reach the basement, never mind with big luggage. It's also complicated to check in virtually as it needs to verify our home country telephone number which was not possible. In all our travels, we usually try to get to hotels with a real person who can verify our identity.
