Excellent hotel

Wonderful staff, very cozy room and we had a great time around the swimming pool! The head manager was very helpful and kind to us all throughout our stay and made it a great experience! Would recommend and I would definitely return :)

A lovely hotel

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of Nogent Sue Seine. Due to the very hot weather our room was very hot; we had a fan but it didn’t really help and as there was a “party” outside and we needed the windows open, we had a sleepless night. However, the swimming pool was great, as was the breakfast. Very good staff.

Connaissant déjà cet hébergement, nous confirmons un accueil charmant, un hôtel bien tenu, où le calme est total et l'emplacement intéressant pour les restaurants alentours tout proches et divers, et pour la visite de Nogent qui se termine par la vue de l'églis en face de l'hôtel. L'attrait de la terrasse et de la piscine sont évidents. Nous avons passé un excellent moment avec notre petite-fille, nous reviendrons. Merci à l'équipe qui est disponible et bienveillante.

Tout m'a plu sauf l'effort incroyable-et ridicule-qui a été nécessité par le site de réservations. J'ai failli ne pas pouvoir rester à cet hôtel parce que le site NE POUVAIT PAS SAISIR le préfix de mon numéro de téléphone des Etats-Unis d'Amérique. J'ai passé plus d'une heure dans l'effort de me communiquer avec l'hôtel et à travers le Chat. Rien n'aidait et il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone directe pour l'hôtel. J'ai finalement utilisé le numéro de téléphone d'une française que je connais. La frustration a été énorme et je ne persisterais pas comme ça dans l'avenir.

La chambre était très correcte, propre. La direction de l'hôtel est très avenante et vous réserve un accueil irréprochable. La salle de restauration sert au petit-déjeuner que vous prenez sur place ou pour diner un plat que vous vous réchaufferez (des plats préparés en bocaux peuvent être achetés sur place). La salle de bains comprenait un lavabo et une baignoire; les toilettes sont séparées. La literie était confortable. La TV fonctionnait et proposait suffisamment de chaines pour s'endormir tranquillement.
