hotels.com stated only 2 rooms left , when we got there it was only half booked and the room we were givin was extremely small but comfortable AIR conditioning did not work had to open the window good location nice staff very clean
I highly recommend this hotel as it has been recently renovated and the room was very comfortable. Great restaurant and bar on property and walking distance to a beautiful beach. My wife and I had a great time and the staff were very accommodating.
Excellent location to Higgins Beach. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly.
Our stay at Higgins Beach Inn, was a weekend away for our anniversary. We loved the Inn, the beach, and the area. The Inn was quaint, clean, and comfortable. The staff at the Inn was beyond friendly and helpful.The food at Shade, the onsite restaurant, was delicious and the waitstaff were friendly, professional and attentive. It was a wonderful weekend and we look forward to returning.
