Great situation we could walk everywhere!! Comfy bed with nice clean bedding. Friendly housekeeping staff. Furnishings very rough with holes and no springs in sofa. I would not even put furniture like it in my dunedin student flats! There were no fans in bathroom or kitchen with mould on ceiling. Unit did not meet healthy homes specs. The owner asked me to discuss any issues with her which i did but she was defensive and made up excuses.
