I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Deco Boutique Hotel. The photos and description set high expectations, but the reality was very different. The room was not properly cleaned, and basic details were overlooked from the start. One of the biggest issues was that the light had to be turned on using a string, which felt outdated and unsafe. Even worse, the front door did not properly lock, so we did not feel safe during our stay at all.
Noise was also a problem, making it difficult to relax or sleep. Because of the safety concerns, we decided not to stay the second night. Despite explaining the situation, the manager still charged us for the full stay and showed no understanding or willingness to resolve the issue.
Service overall was very disappointing, with staff appearing uninterested when concerns were raised. For a hotel that markets itself as a “boutique” property, I expected much better standards, safety, and customer care. Given the price, this hotel is not worth it. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.
