Clean room but the hallway light never turned off. The wifi was extremely spotty for each room having its own dedicated WiFi. The ac was nice! The stairs to get up to ours were dangerous but ok. Decent for 3 nights but GREAT location

This is a wonderful place! The highlight was the great staff, but everything was excellent. Location is important and Boboli has an ideal spot in Florence. It’s literally a few minutes from the Ponte Vechio and the tourist attractions, yet not nearly as hectic and overcrowded. Plus there are plenty of good restaurants just outside the door. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s not what you would expect from a typical hotel but that’s not what you’re going to Italy for, is it?

No coffee in the room. The rooms are extremely outdated. Our bathroom reeked of sewage smell and the water in the shower won’t drain. Our AC leaked tons of water. The receptionist was very sweet but the property is terrible. The only good things about the place are Selena and the location, that’s it!

Very difficult to find this property. The pictures posted on the website do not match the quality of room expected. Staff only available from 10am til 7pm.Shower stall in the bathroom very small. My husband could barely fit in the shower. Pillows on the bed very uncomfortable. This property was on the third floor of a building above residential properties. It was very loud throughout the night. Doors closing, banging noise like construction and loud conversations until 1am. Staff at check in friendly.

If you are happy with basic accommodation with a good size room, with lots of cupboards and drawers, in a great location, this may be for you. The free coffee and juice machines in the foyer mean you will never be without something to drink.Things to watch out for... staff who promise to always be there and are never spotted again, brick flooring leading to a slightly damp feel to anything left out of cupboards, mosquitos, a very tight fit to sit straight on the loo and wifi but no Internet. This meant we couldn't plan, or use the TV. And we couldn't speak with the staff!

Tivemos uma experiência muito positiva em Boboli. Achei a ideia de máquina de café, de suco e de água perfeita. Tudo isso a vontade na recepção e sem custo. Chegar de um dia de passeio e achar tudo isso disponível realmente faz a diferença. Gostei muito da liberdade de ter as senhas de acesso as portas e eu mesma resolver minha vida sem a necessidade de recorrer a recepção. Claro que tínhamos o contato no WhatsApp caso fosse necessário falar com alguém da propriedade. Amei e recomendo

Enkel innsjekk og veldig hyggelig resepsjonist. Rent og pent rom og god seng. Bra beliggenhet sentralt i Firenze, rett ved Boboli hagen. Vi kunne gå til alle resturanter og aktiviteter på inntil 15-20 min. Relativt lytt fra bakgården, og høylytte naboer, som trekker litt ned, men ellers veldig fornøyd!
