    Our first room toilet was not appropriate to use. We moved to a better room that had no outlet in bathroom and bathroom sink faucet was lose. Any way was better than the first room. We really loved Búzios and the Pousada staff was lovely!!!

    This property has an excellent location right near the main square but it's far enough that you don't hear the music from some of the bars. The accommodations were nice enough. The AC worked very well in the room and the beds were comfortable for me, but could be too hard for others. Our only issue was we set up our transportation from Rio to Buzios through the Pousada and there was an issue as our transport wasn't there. Later the manager took full responsibility and tried to make it right so I appreciate that.

    Atendimento espetacular, todos extremamente profiasionais. Ponto negativo, em relacao a pandemia a piscina c hora marcada, mas um grupo nao saia da piscina...uso exclusivo deste grupo!! Nao culpo a equipe do Hotel, mas o bom senso dos hoapedes !!

    Muito boa mas pode melhorar.

    A pousada é ótima, muito bem localizada, limpa, confortável, excelente wi-fi, café da manhã maravilhoso, e com excelente atendimento. Todos extremamente gentis. Pontos fracos, não há serviço de bar e restaurante. Nem mesmo gelo para os hospedes gelarem as bebidas que tem que comprar fora. Pouco controle sobre os hóspedes que fazem barulho após ás 22h, e quase zero programação de TV. Apenas Tv aberta e dois canais de filmes.

Parabéns tb para o café da manhã e as funcionárias que o servem. Localização excelente. Muito próximo do centrinho de Búzios. Estacionamento próximo. Foi um ótimo fim de semana.
