Göreme Inn Hotel

This place is worth more than what it charges. To start off once I confirmed the booking, I got communication from Hotel staff Emrah with options like Private Taxi or Shuttle service to reach hotel and also things to do in Cappadocia including cost of Ballon ride and different class and services by each. This helped me plan my stay better. Moreover i was upgraded from standard to Superior room by him at no extra cost. Room was extremely clean and fresh with all facilities thoughfully placed. Generally I dont see this even in big 5 star hotels is that there is so much eye for detail including placement for things in the room and bathroom. Air Con is behind a picture and very high tech. There was another man sitting at reception in the nigjt who was equally helpful in currency exchange in the night and gave multiple options. Also he recommended a restaurant for dinner when I asked and told me to inform the Sedef Restaurant that you are coming from Goreme Inn. When i informed them, I got top level service by them along with complementary Desert, side dish and Turkish tea. Bill was also very reasonable. Superb Breakfast with lot of options including Veg food. Would like to point out the eagerness & willingness of restaurant staff expecially Bahar who ensured top level service with a smile. KUDOS to the team and will definately like to stay again in Goreme INN

First of all, I have to mention MR. Emrah nothing we did in Cappadocia would have been possible without him. He gets in touch with you over Whatsapp before your stay, can arrange all the transfers and tours, including the weather forecast if you’re here for the hot-air balloon rides, and is not just an excellent source of information but great company as well - and he’ll make sure you don’t leave without breakfast :) Goreme is a small beautiful town with many activities such as the hot air balloon, ATVs and different valleys to walk. Security in Goreme and all Turkey is fantastic, so dont hesitate to visit them! Göreme inn hotel is a great place to stay - near to the Hot Air Balloon company and departure place ...this place is very unique and well managed ,, the stuff who runs the place are very sincere and helpful .. i will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family ..rooms very beautiful... wonderful place ,,,

We stayed as two families in the hotel in August. The staff are the greatest asset to this hotel. Everyone from the front office to the restaurant are very sweet. They always take the extra step to make sure that the guests are having a good time. We stayed in family rooms which were spacious. Everything was working in our rooms. They were very clean. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious with home made jams, local dried fruit and Turkish pastry. The hotel has a good view point, especially from the top veranda. We enjoyed our local wine there at night. The hotel offers a very good value.

We arrived at 10 am any they gave us a room as soon as we arrived. The breakfast is excellent. They arranged us a hot air balloon reservation, even though it was fully booked. Unfortunately, it was windy that day and the balloons we're cancelled. They arranged us a good plan for our trip in the city for the 2 days we stayed. The location is excellent in Goreme even though the view is not so good. No iron is available or delevered to the room, it you want to use the iron, you have to go to the laundry room in particular hours. There is good free parking for the hotel. Even though the room cleaning is excellent, the air conditioning is not so good.

Amazing hotel. Very beautiful and staff very helpful. Very beautiful rooms. Outstanding beauty. The only improvements that I can could suggest is adding a lift as it is very difficult to carry luggage to/from 1sr floor. Secondly, TV could be bigger and show some English language channels. We did not watch TV during our staff as it was a hard work trying to find an English channel. But, even then our experience was so great that I think that the hotel and its staff deserves 5 star.
