Our stay at Hotel Mahadev had both positive and negative aspects. The staff were polite and respectful, which we appreciated. However, there were some issues that affected our overall experience. First, the room was not well soundproofed, and we could hear a lot of noise from outside throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Second, our room had a glass balcony door with only a thin curtain. Early in the morning, sunlight came directly into the room, disturbing our sleep. In addition, the white curtain did not provide enough privacy for a couple’s room. A blackout curtain would offer much better privacy and comfort. Finally, the room cleanliness did not meet our expectations, and we feel the cleaning standards need significant improvement. We hope the management will consider these points and make improvements. With better sound insulation, improved privacy, darker curtains, and higher cleanliness standards, this hotel could provide a much better experience for future guests. Thanks for understanding
