The rooms are gorgeous. Staff was amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The bar isn’t open quite yet but will come back to check out. I can’t say enough about the bed, sheets, mattress, comforter and towels. We had an amazing sleep. I left asking for the brand so I could purchase. My next visit to CDMX I will be staying here!

Stayed here for a birthday trip to CDMX and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The team went above and beyond at every turn — genuinely attentive, warm, and clearly invested in making the stay feel personal rather than transactional. The little touches throughout the stay were what really stood out. The amenities were spa-quality (the toiletries smelled incredible), the room was beautifully designed and quiet despite being right in the heart of Roma Norte, and the location put me walking distance from incredible restaurants and everything I wanted to explore. This is boutique hospitality done right — the kind of place that makes you feel like a guest, not a reservation number. Already looking forward to my next stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting CDMX who wants a personal touch alongside great location and design.

No pudimos quedarnos hospedados porque se explotó el tanque de gas en el hotel. Habían huéspedes afuera esperando que les ayudaran a sacar sus cosas. Y al parecer ni con las autoridades ahí fueron capaces de dar buen manejo a la situación.
