Room very clean & comfortable. Plenty of free parking. Easy access from M42 & convienent for NEC. Walking distance. Only downside is there is only one bathroom and toilet combined between the four bedrooms.

The room was very clean and very well furnished with nice and cozy beddings. I slept very well. Met nice people there visiting at the property again who said they loved the place very much. Its very conveniently located for a visit to either the airport or the NEC.
