The reception staff and dining staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very helpful with any queries we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Asur hotel and would recommend it to our friends. As it is situated in a convenient location very close to Tram, metro and ferry station. There are alot of restaurant and dining options as-well as shopping places near.

I cannot fault this hotel at all. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.
