We are very happy to stay here. The host welcomed us, being friendly, well looked after and good value of money for accomodation at the same time. We strongly recommend this place when you stay in Christchurch.

The room was very old and run down, not cosy, dirty brown carpet. There was a small table in the room and only 1 chair, would have been nice to have 2 chairs in the room for both adults

Excellent location. Close to the town. However, I found this place was a bit chilly even in the summer.

This was the perfect accommodation for out trip to queenstown for the marathon! Great service, comfortable and tidy room with an ensuite was all we needed and well priced for queenstown! Easy walk into town also.

We liked the continental breakfast and polite staff. It was a shame the coffee machine wasn't working, and no gluten free options for breakfast. But we enjoyed that it was comfortable and clean and a safe, convenient location.

Bussinly ass
1-night trip

Gathering around the breakfast included in the fare is the highlight. Queenstown is over priced for its defunct use of collecting equipment for the great walks. Views and stay in Te Anau is better
2-night trip

2/10

Poor accommodations even by budget motel standards. Inconvenient parking lot, uncomfortable beds, cramped bathroom, but the worst part was the noise. Very thin walls and the place seems to attract university students who are loud well into the night. If that’s the experience you’re looking for I’d recommend a hostel. The rooms will be nicer and they’re generally in a better location.
