Needs cleaning
Needed something last minute (my fault) and wanted kitchen space but I wouldn't recommend this place. Clearly the only cleaning they do between guests is change the towels and sheets (or at least I hope they do that). The bathroom floor was covered in hairs, the tiles needed a good scrub, curtains had blood stains (best not to think about how they got there), curtain rail is sellotaped together, kitchenware not cleaned, sofa arms dislodged and more. Reception I think I saw behind the desk about 3 days out of 2 weeks (including hours they were supposed to be there). Would also be good to have some standards in the kitchen (cooking oil, kitchen roll, salt etc) but I don't think they actually expect people to cook. Also worth pointing out it is a bit closer to the airport station but if you're getting to metro you'll pay the extra surcharge to go from there so instead you're going to want to go to Mascot, which is about a 25 minute walk away.

Nine days business stay !
Honestly, the property is OK (with some furniture in wear and tear condition already). But if I am having issues with maintenance as well as other housekeeping problems there is no reception / call number unless only for emergency purposes especially on weekends. Hence, I would have to take note of these in case of future stays.

Great value for an apartment. The position is very noisy so balcony door has to stay closed. The units are close to bus stop and local shops. Ideal for extended stays. Never saw anyone in reception over 2 weeks. Overall extremely good value and highly recommended for extended stays.
