Amazing hotel, beautiful Sandy beach both ocean and pool view! All staff throughout polite and courteous to help with anything particularly as we arrived just as war on Iran had started with UAE being targeted it was terrifying but the team were a beacon of calm and reassuring presence. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Nothing and I mean nothing was too much. The staff were incredible. Taking the time to get to know us and talk to us. Preparing our favourite drinks so that they were ready for us in the bar. Giving us chocolate and cakes to taste. Everybody was super friendly and helpful, from the valets to the restaurant staff and the bar people.

My recent 9 night stay at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with unparalleled hospitality, exceptional service, and unforgettable culinary experiences that left me thoroughly impressed. I was upgraded kindly to the sea view room and it was lovely. The butler and housekeeping team are exceptional. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding breakfast experience which finishes at 1pm. Which meant my fam could have a proper lie in! The morning ambiance was set perfectly, with beautiful views and a welcoming atmosphere. The full team including Chef Lalit Singh and Waseem were always ready to cater to my families needs with a genuine smile. The beach is natural at the St Regis which is a big plus! Their are also 4 pools to choose from and the pool staff including Kamal and Akhil were very attentive. Unfortunately the outdoor wet area at the kids club was under refurbishment but I can foresee younger kids loving this area once completed. Overall if your looking for a prestigious property, calm ambiance and attentive staff. This is the place.
