Lack of communication speaks volume
Very frustrated with management. Our flight on Avianca was cancelled and they put us on an earlier flight which meant we didn’t need the hotel room the last night. I had hotels.com notify the hotel over a week before we’re were due there. They tried reaching the hotel. Never received a response. So when we arrived for our 4 night (turned 3 night stay) I asked the manager. He said he’d get back to me. We asked repeatedly and kept getting told they were “checking”. Three days later we left with no response from anyone. I wouldn’t stay there again. Totally unacceptable.
Also the floors squeak so loudly it’s terrible crossi by the room. Breakfast is skimpy but we found out on the second day you can ask for eggs.
