Our stay at the Hilton Bursa was excellent. My wife is from Bursa and we stayed here on our wedding night. The staff could not have been more kind. They provided us with a complimentary fruit, wine, and nut tray that was amazing. The spa is first class and was a great way to unwind the next day. We will definitely stay at the Hilton again next time we are in Bursa.

Lovely hotel, breakfast was ok, enough to get you by. The room was excellent, we had a corner connecting room. The swimming was great, the view was really nice from the top floor.

Upon check in I was taken to a room that was dirty assigned by the front desk . I over looked it and then things just got worse and worse . Then we finally got our room . The tv was not working. We ordered room service and the food was so small we spent 400 TL and was still hungry . (Not to mention we stayed here with 2 small children )we even called about some of the food we ordered not coming to the room and they left us on hold and never called back . Said they would report the problem to the manager and he never even addressed the problem . the next day we woke up and scheduled a room cleaning while we went out . Came back hours later the room was still dirty. These people act like they have no care in the world .. no SHAME . Went to use the pool . They acted like the pool was just for show and really didn’t want us using it . “She said do you want to use the pool or just look at it “ (what type of question is that ? ) then upon check out we left and they didn’t even ask how was our stay . Nor did they even smile at us .. it was a terrible experience.. the place was beautiful but the people terrible ...
