Nicely located
Very friendly staff and no-frills hotel room. There are a few steps to the reception area which for heavy luggage can be a bit of a pain. Our room was nice and worth the price we paid.

Perfect hotel, with even better staff!
LOVED this place. Perfect location. We used it as a "home base" for visiting the Dingle Peninsula, driving the Ring of Kerry, exploring the Killarney National Park, Muckross House, Muckross Abbey, and so much more. Location! The room was very nice, with a comfortable bed and even a high pressure shower! But the best part about the Killarney Heights Hotel is the staff. I WISH I could remember names, but the late day crew at the front desk were spectacular. Friendly, helpful, genuinely warm and caring. I always include "downsides," areas that could be improved, in all of my reviews... but I can't find one for this place!!!

Great hotel and very good breakfast
Good location. 5 minute drive into the city center. The rooms are spacious and had all that we needed. The view from the windows were great too. The breakfast was great. The scones were probably the best we had in our 15 day Irish trip ( we had scones every day!) could go back just for it!! Service was great too. Just a 20 minute drive to Lady’s view point and some more stunning locations.

Great stay
We were able to get one of the last rooms at this hotel because of a concert in Limerick. Glad we did. Very quaint and clean. It was quiet as can be. Comfortable beds. Eleanor at the front seat is a total gem. Very calm and gave great advice about the area. The breakfast was good and abundant. Never needed to eat for the rest of the day. Staff was quick to address an issue with the TV. I’d start here again if I’m the area.

Hotel was very comfortable. Stayed for two nights. Breakfast each morning was very enjoyable and staff were very friendly. My only little negative thing would be the bathroom in the room. Need some sort of shelf or something to hold toiletries the same with shower. That aside i would definitely stay here again.

Quite and comfortable in a great location.
Very impressive hotel. Great welcome at check-in and very friendly staff throughout. Bar staff and dining room staff were very welcoming and efficient. Room was comfortable and clean but the only thing missing was some air conditioning as the room was very warm with restricted window opening. Overall there was great teamwork at the hotel and it showed through.
