Ventus Rosa Apartments

Lovely place the staff where superb couldn’t help Enough , lots of stairs though if you need lifts no good for you this place , if you don’t its a belter no air con not a modern hotel but it was authentic which is what we wanted and in great a position

There is major building works at this hotel with scaffolding across all the windows to the rear of the building. We were unable to open our window as it was sealed with polythene. The builders were outside our window at 7 am therefore we could not open our curtains. We were very disappointed as none of this work was mentioned when we booked. we were offered 15% off our bill. Staff and breakfast good.

The hotel is amazing, 10 min walk from the square, there is handy grocery/alcholol shops near by. The service was outstanding the staff were so helpful. They booked our day trips for us prior to our visit and our transfers to and from the airport. Will without a doubt be staying here when we visit again even with the children.

In terms of Value for Money and central location to stay in the fantastic centre of Krakow this would take some beating. Approx 6 - 7 minutes walk to the main square, rooms which are described as "Apartment" are more like basic hotel rooms with some "self service facilities", eg Air Con, fridge, small hob, toaster, basic utensils, en suite bathroom, free wifi, 24 hour reception, breakfast restaurant (not evening meals). Great price. On the adverse side the building has no lift and you could end up on the highest floor (4th) - we were on the 3rd floor. I would definitely use them again for the balance of location, quality and price - and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly

No lift to the 3rd floor was a pain but over all cheap apartments in a very good location
