This is the greatest location in the middle of GUARULHOS Central. The only issue was room cleaning, only done once by request only, but staff was great, and ordering room service meals was fantastic.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Brazil it's in the neighborhood not near the tourist areas it's more of a place where the people that work in Brazil live it was very safe the people around there are really nice really helpful and very wholesome there's a restaurant right next-door I eat there every day religiously the food is very inexpensive and the vibe was just beautiful very welcoming if you're ever in Brazil and you're looking to save a few dollars and be safe and not have to worry about anything this is the perfect hotel you have nothing to worry about as far as safety and there's many shops and stores very much shopping areas right down the street there's an outside shopping mall which made like so much easier than next time I'm in Brazil I will stay once again at this wonderful hotel! ❤️

O quarto estava limpo, ar condicionado a princípio estava ok. @s funcionári@s deram um atendimento dentro do esperado...mas aparentavam um pouco desmotivad@s. Café da manhã dentro do esperado...simples mas dá o recado. Poderiam substituir a margarina por uma manteiga e estarem atentos na reposição dos alimentos.

Considerei 2 pontos negativos. O hotel não possui elevador. Uma longa escada da acesso à recepção, no primeiro andar. Outra escada da acesso aos quartos no 2°, 3° e 4° andar. O estacionamento fica em um terreno cerca de 40m da entrada do hotel. Como pontos positivos a localização, a prestatividade dos funcionários e a limpeza. O quarto é amplo e com uma boa TV e ar condicionado. O café da manhã possuia todos os itens básicos. Considerei um custo x benefîcio válido. Voltarei na minha próxima viagem.
