    Very Poor Hotel. This really is a smoking hotel. We had to reject 1st room allocated as the stench of smoke was awful. This room and the room we eventually stayed in had ash trays and the hallways also smell of smoke. The rooms are tiny - no desk or chair. The toilet is in a minute alcove - over sized people could not fit in the space. Staff are not pleasant. For $300/night this is also extremely poor value.

    Awful to put in in a nice way, They should close it. Lobby on 3 floor, restaurant for bfast pretty poor. Made our stay in HK to NEVER go back

    Booked for 14-day quarantine. Room is tidy and staff is nice, but the WIFI speed is really slow (only 1Mbps) that a few second is needed for sending even a text only msg and impossible for media or video call for work. Maybe good value for tourist stay but not ideal for quarantine which internet connection is very important. (I myself ordered an extra data card immediately after the first night.

    Bad service

    Well, got no reason to stay here next time. I gotta say the service sucks although I have already learned the HK ways of treating guest. When I check in at the counter, the young staff didn’t even look at me once, moreover, want me to do everything in haste while there are no one lining up behind me. Keep saying the wrong check out date and want me to sign whatever it is to finish In the whole time, so that he can gossip or go dine with colleges. I believe there are at least one senior staff or manager at the counter, but react as nothing happened. I am customer service manager in HK, and can tell there are serious training and leading issues in this hotel.
