Nice relaxation spa hotel

Nice place. Reception was very cold and not helping about lunch. We ended up in Urheiluopisto to eat. The sauna world and the spa facilities were very relaxing and enjoyable. Made us enjoy our stay...

Mixed feelings

After a long drive, we waited an hour at the reception to check in (actually an hour and 4 minutes). The room was quite outdated. I think the whole place needs renovation, but the room was bad and especially the bathroom. There was no place to dry clothes and equipment. The spa is nice and the kids enjoy it. The breakfast was good. The service was friendly and welcoming. The problem was that the reception was so full when we arrived.

Saunamaailma on mukava. Aamupala oli kattava ja herkullinen.
Verified review

Siisti iso huone.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Etukäteen maksettu huone yritettiin veloittaa sisäänkirjautuessa uudelleen, miten on mahdollista ettei järjestelmä automaattisesti näytä maksutilannetta? En myöskään ymmärrä maksullista pysäköintiä hotellivieraille, kaupungin keskustassa on ihan ok muttei Vuokatissa.
