His dedication and willingness to go above and beyond his duties truly made our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. Mr. Bodhraj's professionalism and attention to detail were evident as he efficiently checked us in and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. He displayed an impressive level of knowledge about the hotel's amenities and local attractions, which greatly enhanced our experience. One particular instance that stood out was when we expressed our desire to visit the Taj Mahal. Mr. Bodhraj took it upon himself to arrange a trip for us, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was seamless. He provided valuable insights about the best time to go, the recommended routes, and even suggested additional attractions in Agra to enhance our trip. Property inside is excellent, however the surroundings need to be cleaned up TV selection of channels very poor. Though it has SMART TVs, the remote did not allow access to view YouTUBE Hotel using TOO much plastic bottles, a real environmental issue The bathroom lights need to be improved th prevent shadows when shaving
