We booked the Cream Suite with a caldera view and a plunge pool for our honeymoon. Our stay was amazing! All of the staff in addition to being attentive to all our needs, provided great recomendations for restaurants and things to do around the island. Every morning, we had breakfast brought out to our balcony table which was an amazing start to the day. The location was fantastic as it’s very close to Imerovigli allowing us to walk to Fira if we were feeling up for it. On several mornings we decided to trek down to Skaros rock since it was a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Our stay was during the last week of September and it was not crowded at all. When looking for hotels, we wanted to pick ones with good sunset views and some privacy. The Cream Suite provided both. We were able to view the sunset from the heated plunge pool which was covered from view of other guests. Additionally, this suite has its own private entrance so while you could see other guests over the fence, no one would be walking into your balcony area. Overall 10/10, you’ll have a great time if you book here!

This was the coolest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I cannot recommend White Santorini enough. The view is absolutely amazing from our deck and the breakfast served there every morning was delicious and absolutely beautiful! If you go to Santorini, stay here, no doubt about it! We will be back!

Disappointed

Our reception staff shared misleading the parking guidance when we checked in and we got a parking ticket of 40 euros. What was truly disappointing was that they refused to take responsibility, lied that they had shared correct information, and implied that we are the ones being dishonest. It put a dent in our stay. There’s no onsite parking, and the free self-parking is more of game with lady luck as you would need to find something in a very busy square shared by many other properties and restaurants. It’s more street parking if anything.

Calling this a 4-star hotel is a big stretch. Facilities were old, as were the beds, pillows, and bathroom towels, although the linens and pool towels were nice. The decor was nice and it fit the surroundings. Service was ok in the mornings, with a good, prompt breakfast and cleaning service, but the afternoon/evening staff was not knowledgeable or very helpful. The room service was fast, but low quality (think, frozen pizza made in the microwave kind of food).

The WORST hotel I've ever stayed in my life, they should remove the 5 star title that they believe they have.... because the truth is they don't have anything 5 stars. You only supposedly pay for a view, as the gentleman at the reception made it very clear to me. They should teach him a little about customer service because this person does not have even a little bit of education and customer service how to treat people you can get the same view anywhere in the cliff without having to waste your money with these scammers. The room is very small and is next to the bathroom, bathroom that has an unpleasant smell all day long, the bed and pillows are not comfortable at all for a 5 starts Hotel. I booked a room with a private pool which does not exist because the pool is inflatable hahahaha it is an insult to the client that a 5 Starts Hotel that charges an average of €500 per night is ridiculous that they offer this type of services the room has no privacy at all because you share the same patio with the room next door and with the restaurant that is next to the room where people walk all day in front of your face, even the people who stayed next to my room suffered from the same problems that I had were very upset by the facilities and their high cost without having value of what they offer so do yourself a favor don't waste your money staying in White Santorini take your time and you will find something much better for the same money or less you will thank me later.

The property was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that the toilet was in a separate, narrow room and there was a damp smell that I’d get a whiff of at times. The two rainforest showers was my favorite. But the living room and bedroom were well maintained, nicely decorated and kept clean. They give you a 1 liter water bottle every morning during cleaning and put it in your fridge. The complementary breakfast is really nothing to rave about- very bland selections. The champagne breakfast is also not worth it- they just add two champagne bottles and give you salmon. They have great restaurants nearby- I’d recommend exploring restaurants and cafes outside of the property. The guy who brings in the breakfast is super sweet but customer service overall is subpar. They wrote down the front desk number on a pamphlet which is like 8 digits and scribbled down the wifi info. Not very organized as far as giving you any copies of anything or any printed material with important info. I also didn’t get a tour of the property as far as where I can go to lounge- very confusing to be able to tell which properties are with Santorini vs other hotels/resorts as they are all mixed together. If you opt in for the spa, please make sure to ask questions about the service because they don’t break anything down for you. I thought my massage was supposed to start at 12 but I ended up waiting an hr because I was expected to use the facilities first which was never explained online or via email.
