We didn't get the room we origionally booked. It was supposed to be on the top floor with a sea view. When I saw the room we were assigned , I told them it was incorrect and we were given a lovely room with an amazing view. They were even able to transfer our dinner that was included in our rate to a lunch. We had plans that would not get us home in time for the dinner. The buffets were so elaborate that anyone would find something they would like . The entire stay was wonderful.
