I found out on my 4th night that they locked the mini bar section and removed all the snacks, when I asked the reception they did not have an answer and they didn’t know why. To top that, the day I checked out I was charged an extra $35 ( description in Spanish) . after multiple tries with the reception again they were not sure what it was, they then said it is for the dinner at the hotel, which I had payed for using my card and did not charge to the room ( have card statement), then they said it is for using the mini bar which Also is on a different charge in the same receipt , I only used a chocolate bar and chips, which they charged me $35.00 for, that has to be the most expensive snack I had to pay for. Very disrespectful staff, and they gave me the run around and to call back as a follow up since they outsource the mini bar and they need to ask them . I first need to be reimbursed. I did not like my stay from the beginning. Not the business stay I was looking forward to. I will make sure I will pass my feedback along to my coworkers and let them know about my experience .
