A decent place overall for the price and location. Pros - quiet, bed was fine, enough breakfast options (considering the room rate.) , clean Cons - during our stay at least, breakfast wasn’t even possible until after about 8:20am. So when you are booking tickets that have set times (Sagrada Familia) plan accordingly. Also the lady working there was not very friendly in her responses on several occasions.

Our stay was ok. We arrived walking by foot and were trying to find the guest house as there was not any big sign, just on the boozer. The building was old but well cared overall. The entrance hall and place for breakfast seemed nice and clean. A big plus was the water tank that we could drink water in plastic cups. Our room's conditions was moderate ( marks on walls, door frame damaged) towels and pack of tissues were provided. Whenever there was use of water(shower/sink etc.) in the bathroom there was a quite loud noise following-refilling?-In the morning there was too much noise coming from the main road that didn't let us enjoy our sleep.

It was hard to find. Nothing to show the name. Was on a floor in a building. Guy in there ignored me as I struggled with my luggage past him into an old, tiny elevator. The lady whom greeted me didn’t speak much English and was quite rude. She checked me in as I was very early. I was able to leave my luggage. Had to come back at check in. I didn’t even know what room was mine as no one was there at 1. Another fellow helped me out by putting my key in the doors till I found my room. Too bad, place was clean and in great location. Very noisy outside till late. Food was very good in morning

Nice room with little balcony with table and 2 chairs , was near a road so do get road noise but it is a city so expected. Veronique was very helpful and breakfast was very good too . Walking distance to Casa Mila and Casa Batllo
