Our room was surprisingly spacious with a balcony overlooking the river, clean and airy, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable on the local area. They messaged and phoned us ahead to confirm our arrival. Location is great, all attractions are only a short drive away. The Noosa Farmers Market is within walking distance, a must visit if you stay on a Sunday.

Got there around 4pm to sign in and get the keys after booking 2 weeks in advance. Get to the desk and they told me they have canceled my booking and have already given my room to someone else. They said they called me to try tell me and I only had 1 miss call in the morning which I missed due to work. Didn’t leave me a message or anything. Just 1 call. Had to cancel the holiday with my partner and 2month old baby and head back home.
