Good, but not great

Overall it was a good place to stay, but the staffing and organisation felt a little chaotic. Things like wanting to order from room service, but available menu on website was badly out of date, and room phone wasn’t working. That meant trips up and down from the bar/restaurant to get order placed. The Grab and Go food service was a nice idea, but when we needed it after missing breakfast, there was only 3 “breakfast” type items where there was space for way more. Really handy for the Excel centre, and it was easy to get to, park, and use public transport from, but expected a bit more from it for pricing etc!
