Couldn’t park close to room. Woeful lighting. Couldn’t shave or apply make up. Garden rubbish. Junk everywhere. Not a thing in mini bar. Not even complimentary bottled water. One of the worst I have ever stayed in. Only good point was good hot shower and towels 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Our stay was comfortable. The room was clean. Although we had 3 people in the room there was only 2 towels/dishes etc. I did get a 3 rd set but when the room was cleaned the next day, only 2 towels were let again. We ran out of toilet paper the 1st night but couldn’t get any more until 9 am the next morning when reception opened. They were very friendly but unprepared

I do a lot of travel and this was a grotty - dirty tired worn property room full of flies and bugs - this was second room assigned as 1st room odour so bad could not stand it - checked out prior staying1st night - no refund -Images misleading as is rating

There was black mould in the shower, and bath, we had to go to reception to get sugar and tea and milk every night as room service did not replenish it. The iron had a broken base and had black burned marks on it and could not be used. No place to eat except a large coffee table if you like to eat that way let alone if you need to use your laptop.. Last but not least, absolutely no information sheet with information for guests. (The only printed sheet was in a loose frame for emergency evacuation instructions)
