Good Hotel for a Couple of days
Nice staff and hotel. Near a mall and many places to go shopping. Is in a safe area that’s always busy. Beds are not extremely comfortable but everyone has different likes. No issues at the hotel. Tip: Having more towels would be nice and when clients are checking in don’t offer a complementary drink if is not free. Not a big deal to pay for it just don’t offer it as complementary. Over all though a nice experience and would stay there again.

My stay was shortly after the pandemic so a few amenities were restricted (mini fridge empty, no coffee maker). I don't fault the hotel for taking extra precautions. Staff were very attentive and quick to resolve minor issues. I stayed in the presidential suite and I was very pleased with the spaciousness and the jacuzzi was well used. My only criticism would be that it needs a fresh coat of paint (I notices some scuffs in different areas of the room). There is a free breakfast provided but it's no longer buffet style and is a bit lacking in selection. Very close to a huge shopping mall, restaurants and many stores.
