The place was amazing, it was just like the pictures displayed. The receptionist were very kind and helpful. We had some hickups and the hotel were super quick on responding us and helped us sort the problem smoothly. I highly recommend booking this hotel if you want to visit the national park, its very close to the park and they also offer assistance on planning your route.

A very relaxing stay! The hotel is conveniently located in the town of Wulingyuan. On arrival, we were greeted by John. John is friendliest person we've met on this trip. He is such a happy guy and a credit to the hotel. The rooms were huge and extremely modern. We were a family of 3 and we had so much space. There is a small pool at the rear of the property, which is really nice to chill in after a long day in the mountains. There's an Indian Restaurant on the ground floor which very nice, and we'll priced for the quality. A brilliant stay, thank you!

Room was adequate and clean. I liked the location 10 minutes walk to South Gate or SW gate can’t remember but a main entrance to two parks I visited in the Wullingyang area. Close to the town area with lots of local restaurants around. They also offered to pick me up from Zhangjiajie train station complimentary. I enjoyed coffee and early sun on the roof deck with the resident cat.

Este hotel foi uma experiência à parte. Sobre a equipe: foram super atenciosos e nos ajudaram a organizar todos os roteiros e passeios. O quarto era espetacular e limpo, com frigobar carregado todos os dias. O café da manhã também com muitas variedades, dos hotéis que fiquei na china (em categorias semelhantes) foi o mais diversos. A localização é excelente, vc pode ir à pé (12 minutos) para o portão leste ou menos de 4 minutos para a estação e pegar um ônibus para o portão sul. Porém o que foi mais incrível, foi subir no terraço e ver 7 gatos, então no fim da noite, vc pode subir, curtir a vista da cidade e ficar vendo os gatos brincar. Resumindo: eu daria 6 estrelas se pudesse ;)

Hotel excelente. Cama no meu caso eram 2 de solteiro muito confortável e com roupa de cama premium. O layout é um pouco diferente dos normais com o banho separado do vaso que ao meu ver é muito bom. Quarto todo automatizado. Sempre deixam 4 refrigerantes e 4 águas no frigobar. Fica a 1.2km a pé da entrada do parque florestal e cerca de 26km da montanha tianmen. Tem transfer da estação ou aeroporto para o hotel grátis que é uma mão na roda pois fica longe desses 2 pontos. Café da manhã bom. Recomendo
