As a business owner I have a couple suggestions. The hot tub was great! I love how deep it was but maybe turn it up a smidge. 99 is too cool. The metal bed frame squeaked all night and the mattress could have been a little more comfortable. Not bad, I would have preferred to pay a little more for a better quality. My husband had a reaction to the ashes in the fireplace, which has never happened before. We had stayed a couple nights before with a wood fireplace, but the staff had cleaned it out and placed new logs. This might be better for your establishment. Would we stay again, probably if you had a cabin with a King size bed. Please keep working on it. You have a great concept!

My wife and I were looking forward to this cabin, near the Hocking Hills. It was a bit far from our destination, Hocking Hills State Park, but that was clear from the location. It also seemed a bit pricy for the location, but again, that was something we knew ahead of time. On the positive side, the cabin was quite clean, though I believe that the grounds around the cabin could have been groomed a bit better. The biggest problem, and the reason for the evaluation, is that there was absolutely no response from the staff. We had a self-check-in, which worked fine. But when we realized that there was no hot water in the shower, our attempts to contact the property were completely fruitless. Instead, we received these obviously automated messages. It was almost as if the staff had abandoned the property. In addition, the door did not close properly and, again, there was no staff to help on this or even on how to shut off the hot tub. I wavered between giving a one-star and two-star review. Since the cabin was so well maintained, except for those issues, I decided on two stars. But buyer beware -- you may be unable to contact anybody. And it could be truly awful if there are major problems and no response.

The property is beautiful. It's decorated so nice and the cabin was really clean and tidy. We loved the location. There is a fan above the hot tub and there is a bird's nest on the fan... So a heads up. We never got an email with info on the code to get in the door. We were able to make a call and get that info. We were not informed that the property is under a boil water advisory and were drinking the water!! That definitely should have been communicated ahead of time!!! We both have had tummy troubles"to put it lightly" as result!!! This could have been easily prevented!! This would have been a five star review if we weren't feeling awful the following day because of the water..

My partner and I stayed in the owls tale cabin, it was very clean and had useful tools inside to achieve anything you really could want glamping. There was not enough designated personal storage for larger than jacket items--the cabin would highly benefit from adding hooks. The hottub was FULL of chemicals and it made my partner and I feel slimy to the touch the moment we stepped in, unpleasant. The location of the cabins are LOVELY, so remote while being semi close to Hocking hills state park and downtown Logan! Fabulous location.
