The hotel is situated in a quieter part of Shinjuku which we really liked. The room has all the amenities we need although it’s quite small. Staff service was excellent. Breakfast was frozen food that had to be microwaved, but was tasty especially the soup and Japanese option. There are food options and family marts nearby. From the hotel, we could either take the bus to Shinjuku west station or the subway. Overall happy with our stay and would stay there again.

The hotel has a great location, within walking distance to Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Harajuku, as well as a subway and bus stop stop about a two minutes walk from the hotel. It is easy to get around the city from the hotel whether you prefer walking or public transit. The staff were amazing and super helpful. The room itself is rather small, I was traveling solo and it was fine for me, however for two people with bags it might feel crampt.

Great location near the government building a short walk to Shinjuku station/shopping area. Located in a quieter area near a park with easy access to subway, restaurants, and convenience stores; further away from the hustle and bustle of the Shinjuku Station area, but close enough for easy access if desired. WiFi was great, staff was friendly and helpful, and they stored our luggage after checkout without a fee. Nice feature to have a washer/dryer combo in the room; room had mini refrigerator w/freezer section, microwave, large TV. Will have to pay small fee for cleaning unless you stay for a longer period, but they do replenish towels daily if requested. Rooms are typical smaller, but very functional. Enjoyed the stay.

In room laundry is amazing. If you've ever stayed at another hotel with shared coin laundry and had to watch with hawk eyes for an open machine, you'll fully appreciate this. Rooms are compact (obviously) but slightly larger than what you'd find at APA. No under bed storage for check in size luggage (although there is some space down there). Depending on where you want to go in the city, you may have to do a transfer from the nearest subway station which is about a 6 minute walk away, but that is worth the lower nightly rate than being closer to Shinjuku proper in my opinion. Staff are english friendly so that is also a huge plus. Overall, would be happy to stay here again on my next Japan trip.
