The staff is amazing !! All areas are very clean!! Beds are very comfortable!! People of all ages are welcome!! It is quiet!! The cooking and eating area are large and very accommodating!!! I felt at home there and very safe!!! It is in a wonderful location!!! The staff is very helpful and very trustworthy good people!!! They are very quick and kind if you need assistance!! I am 74 years old a female solo traveler and I felt very much at home here!!! I spent many days in this hotel and I can say very honestly I will miss this hotel and the Staff!! It was hard to check in. They don't pay attention to the doorbell or don't care. We were waiting outside to be let in for a while and we only got in because the lady at the front desk came out to make a phone call. They couldn't find our reservation even when I showed them literal proof of my receipt (and the website) and proceeded to charge us double the amount stated on expedia cause "we didn't have a reservation". They also took like half an hour to figure it out. On the bright side beds were comfy

Le principal problème était la qualité du lit, préparez-vous à sentir chacun des ressors vous rentrer dans le dos/ventre... La porte de la douche ne fermait pas. De plus, j'ai réservé une chambre avec 3 lits superposés mais il y en a un qui avait été ajouté, nous étions donc 8 au lieu de 6. Et il n'y avait que 4 casiers pouvant se fermer et 2 "armoires" supplémentaires sans portes (insuffisant pour 8). Même si le prix n'avait pas l'air très cher, c'est au final trop cher pour ce dortoir.
