Hotel recommended for facilities and size of room.
Convenient for transport. Convenient for supermarket and dining. Good facilities especially washing machine and kitchenette. Good size for Japan. View good from room. Easy access. Room clean. Breakfast was ok but needs more variety and flexibility to make a choice.

Amazing location.
Absolutely incredible. Great location. Easy to navigate. If you are travelling on holidays don’t reserve a car until after you leave. Lack of parking was the only let down. Extremely expensive parking in the area.

Great view, close to everything, very nice
Close to rail, parks and tokyo tower. View was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurants and convenience stores very close. Quick trip in rail anywhere or a walk if you are up for 30-40mins to Shinjuku. I would stay again if in the area

Very good 8.0
Very nice big room, in a convenient central area (Yotsuya, with trains and metro lines). The only negative was the kitchenette, which was really minimal-- 2 forks, 2 small plates, 2 teaspoons, 2 water glasses glasses, 2 mugs. 1 microwave. No knifes, very hard to cut and butter the bread for breakfast! Basically only good to warm up takeaway food which one can find easily in the supermarkets.

Good room, kitchen could be improved
Very good size room and extremely quiet. Kitchenette is good to have though design could be better. There is good storage cupboard but the cooking area and facilities are limited. I would redesign to put the microwave on a shelf above the sink and this would allow a larger size fridge under the sink. The current one is exceptionally small. Also there are no knives for eating and no bowl for breakfast cereal. Both could be easily fixed but I had to buy my own from the 100 yen shop. The building is older style with external corridor to access room. Corridor is cold in winter and spring.

Beautiful Japan
It was a great stay, the only two faults was it was hard to use the washing machine and air conditioner as instructions were in Japanese.

Poor 2.0
Bad cleaning policy
I stayed at this hotel many times in the last 5 years but their service is just bad and annoying. They have a weird room cleaning service policy which you can only choose between daily towel change/trash taken out if you stay 6 days or less, or one time cleaning like all other hotels do if you stay 7 days or more. I don’t understand where this policy came from for a self claimed 3 star hotel. However, if you stay 4-5 days it wouldn’t bother you that much. Unfortunately, I got stuck in Tokyo due to Covid situation and had to stay 1 month and this cleaning policy became a problem. I was forced to choose between the 2 cleaning options and I went for clean towels and trash clean daily. I made a total of 4 bookings continuously, each for 1 week. Even at the end of each booking they also refused to deep clean the room unless I agree to pay ¥100,000 for cleaning. I just don’t get it. By no means this is a cheap hotel, but they will try to refuse cleaning at all cost, which is quite frankly stupid. And the staffs are not helpful neither. I ended up cleaning myself in a room which cost me $176 a night during the empty period of corona lockdown in Tokyo. Long story short, short stays are fine, like I used to. Long stay please avoid this hotel.

A top choice if needing a MW and L+D machine
It was great to stay here. The room was spacious and very clean. The availability of a microwave and a laundry+dryer machine made a big difference. A large TV screen was nice, too. The hotel's location is convenient for many places, too.
